Biography

Lauren Trenor has extensive experience litigating workers’ compensation cases. She received excellent training in the field as a defense attorney, but she realized that her heart was just not in defending employers and insurance companies. In 2018, Lauren decided to make the switch to representing the interest of injured workers. While she is compassionate and understanding, she is also a fierce advocate for her clients and aggressively pursues their cases, ensuring that her clients receive everything they are entitled to and that the insurance companies are held accountable for their bad faith actions.

Lauren was born and raised in Los Angeles and attended UCLA for her undergraduate studies where she received a degree in American Literature and Culture and played for the UCLA Women’s Club Volleyball team. Lauren then attended the University of San Francisco for law school, where she served on the law review and graduated in the top 10% of her class.

Lauren is the acting president of the Southern California Applicants’ Attorney Association (SCAAA), which facilitates educational lectures within the local workers’ compensation community to stay updated on the latest in workers’ compensation regulations, case law and overall practice. Lauren also volunteers with the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Domestic Violence Legal Services Project, assisting victims of domestic violence and elder abuse prepare and file applications for temporary restraining orders. Lauren still plays volleyball, enjoys running and hot yoga, and recently started playing tennis. She is an avid reader and loves wine tasting and spending time with friends, family and her dog Lucy.
